Volunteer Opportunities

GIVE THE GIFT OF TIME

PTG

The Parent-Teach Guild (PTG) of Notre Dame School offers support to our school through its coordination of parent programs, school volunteers, family fun and student activities.

The PTG is your organization! Volunteering to chair or serve on a committee is a great way to meet new friends, share your skills and have fun. Get involved in activities that interest you - you'll be glad you did!

New ideas are always welcome! Plan on attending the monthly PTG meetings held at the school, usually on the first Monday of the month. Watch the SchoolSpeak Calendar, the School's monthly newsletter and the weekly parish bulletin for dates and times of upcoming meetings.

School Board & Committees

We are currently accepting applications for three open positions on the school board. The board positions are a three-year term. Becoming a member of the board is a great way to get involved and proactively work with the school and its mission. The board especially needs individuals with backgrounds in education, finance, marketing and/or law.

To Be Considered for A Position, Please Must Submit the Online Application:

You may also choose to get involved in the board’s activities by volunteering on one of the committees of the board: marketing, finance, communications or technology. School board committees can divide the labor of governing into manageable categories, enabling board members to delve into governing matters in greater detail than is possible at the full board level. As such, board members are better prepared for full board meetings. This ultimately improves the quality of board decision making. Please contact the School Office should you have an interest in serving on a committee.

Gifts of time, talent and witness will be a treasure to all of our Notre Dame Students. Your prayerful support will enable our children to see faith in action and realize that we are all called to serve!
